Board Approved Supervisor, MAPS

Hi, I’m Ami.

I’ve been working as a clinical psychologist for over ten years, supporting individuals and families from all walks of life as they navigate life’s challenges. I am also a Psychology Board of Australia (or AHPRA) approved supervisor with endorsement in Clinical Psychology.

What drives me is a genuine curiosity about each person’s story—how our unique experiences and environments shape who we are and where we find ourselves today.

I take a practical yet compassionate approach to therapy using evidence-based methods to ensure we’re working with tools that are proven to help.

Together, we’ll focus on setting meaningful goals, tackling obstacles, and building the skills to handle life’s ups and downs in a way that feels empowering and manageable.

Psychology Services

My approach is personalised and grounded in an understanding of your unique context—whether in parenting, work, or daily life. I integrate evidence-based therapies to provide practical tools that align with your needs and goals, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) strategies. I also have significant experience with attachment-based parenting interventions, including Circle of Security (CoS).

I offer short- to medium-term interventions aimed at building resilience, improving well-being, and equipping individuals with skills to navigate their unique contexts—whether in the workplace, parenting, or daily life.
